Show your electronic ticket on your phone screen to drivers or transit inspectors for fare verification. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Payment failures may occur due to:
- Corporate phone numbers
- Unpaid trust payments
- No balance replenishment since number activation
- Unused starting balance
- SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours
Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards; other discounted cards require in-person registration at an SMSBUS office with supporting documentation.
Top up your virtual card using its number directly in the app or through other banking apps like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (Homebank).

- Location: Accurate city/town map display, automated bus detection for easy payment (determining the bus code via GPS), route planning (including transfers) from your location to a specified destination (entered via map or text address).
