Space Spree offers an intergalactic battle blending endless running with arcade-style action. Players build their team, upgrade equipment, and blast aliens to advance. Each alien displays health points, guiding strategic targeting. Eliminating aliens yields upgrades, impacting gameplay choices significantly. A seasonal leaderboard and over 40 achievements, alongside daily quests, add depth and replayability.
