Genshin's Echoes Unveiled for Kazuha, Ganyu

by Emily Dec 24,2024

Genshin Impact Version 5.3 introduces stylish new Envisaged Echoes for Kazuha and Ganyu, adding to the game's growing collection of cosmetic trails. These additions, along with Thespian Tricks, are regularly released via the Imaginarium Theater, offering players non-time-limited cosmetic rewards redeemable with Toy Medals and Keys of Echoes.

The Imaginarium Theater provides a consistent source of cosmetic items, unlike rarer additions such as gliders and outfits. Version 5.3 continues this trend, offering Kazuha a leaf trail and Ganyu a snowflake trail. While the release of these Envisaged Echoes was anticipated, the official reveal showcases their visual appeal.

Previously released Envisaged Echoes include:

  • Jean: Dandelion Knight
  • Qiqi: Icy Resurrection
  • Ningguang: Eclipsing Star
  • Kirara: Cat Upon the Eaves
  • Diluc: Dark Side of Dawn
  • Zhongli: Vago Mundo
  • Keqing: Driving Thunder
  • Ganyu: Plenilune Gaze (previously released)
  • Kazuha: Scarlet Leaves Pursue Wild Waves (previously released)

Unlocking Envisaged Echoes requires completing specific, potentially challenging domains. Unlike Thespian Tricks, which are directly purchased with Toy Medals, Envisaged Echoes demand both Keys of Echoes and character mastery.

Kazuha's recent appearance on Event Banners and Ganyu's upcoming presence on the Chronicled Banner (second half of Version 5.3) further highlight their prominence. Ganyu's enduring popularity, even compared to newer characters, is undeniable, and her strong team compositions (e.g., with Shenhe, Xilonen, and Zhongli) continue to make her a top choice. Note that the new Envisaged Echoes will be available on Version 5.3's launch day, January 1st, 2025.
