The goal in Burraco Più is to be the first player to meld all their cards into sets (three or four matching ranks), runs (three or more consecutive cards of the same suit), or special combinations called Burraco.
Game Setup
- Deck: Two standard 52-card decks plus four Jokers (108 cards total).
- Players: 2 to 6 players.
- Card Ranking: Ace (high), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.
Gameplay
- Dealing: Each player receives 11 cards; one card starts the discard pile. The rest form the draw pile.
- Turns: Players draw from either pile and discard one card, maintaining a hand of 11.
- Melding: Players meld sets, runs, or Burraco. Announcing "Burraco!" reveals their completed melds.
- Scoring: Points are based on unmelded cards in opponents' hands (face cards = 10, Ace = 1). The player achieving Burraco subtracts the total points of their opponents' remaining cards from their score.
Special Melds
- Burraco: Seven consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., 7-8-9-10-J-Q-K of Diamonds). This earns bonus points.
- Scontro: Six consecutive cards of the same suit. Also awards bonus points.
