Customers register via the app or with UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval based on terms and conditions. Enrollment is complete upon approval.
The app is accessible to enrolled UNO Minda customers (mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), each with category-specific benefits.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit loyalty coupons, view the e-catalog, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their mechanics' behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.
Mechanics:
Mechanics receive loyalty benefits, redeeming coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring UNO Star coupons. They can also view the e-catalog.
Consumers:
Consumers can browse the e-catalog, explore UNO Minda products, and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
