Acquiring the Quest:
Silvergale's Aria is unlocked through a multi-stage process within the "Heart of Infinity" mission (Part 2). This quest isn't immediately available. You must first complete the main storyline of version 1.0 and then unlock the world quest "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" in update 1.1 (accessed via the 'U' key and the World tab).
