- Visit http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv using your device's built-in browser.
- Navigate to the System App Detail Info page of GalleryVault (System Settings -> Apps -> GalleryVault) and tap the "Manage Space" button.
What if I forget my passcode?
Search your email for messages from thinkyeah to find the latest instructions for resetting your passcode. If you can't find the email, follow these steps:
- Access the GalleryVault locking page. If the icon is hidden, go to the System App Detail Info page and tap "Manage Space."
- Attempt to unlock twice, then a "Forgot" button will appear.
- Tap the "Forgot" button and select "Resend Auth Email" in the dialog.
