Samsung Notes is a versatile tool that allows you to create and edit documents across your mobile, tablet, or PC, and collaborate with others seamlessly. With the S Pen, you can add annotations to PDFs and create documents enriched with images or voice recordings. The app's compatibility extends to various formats, connecting effortlessly with apps like PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
To start using Samsung Notes, simply tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner of the main screen to create a new note. These notes are saved with the "sdocx" extension, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.
Security is paramount, and Samsung Notes offers robust features to protect your notes. From the main screen, tap "More Options" in the upper right corner, navigate to "Settings," and select "Lock Note." Choose your preferred locking method and password. To lock specific notes, go to the note you wish to protect, tap "More Options," and select "Lock Note."
For those who prefer handwritten notes, simply tap the "Handwriting" icon while composing a note, and your handwriting will be directly displayed. Adding photos is just as easy; tap the "photo" icon to either take a new photo or load and edit an existing one. If you want to include voice recordings, tap the "Voice Recording" icon to add sound to your note.
Samsung Notes also offers a range of writing tools. By tapping the "Pen" icon, you can choose from pens, fountain pens, pencils, highlighters, and more, along with various colors and thicknesses. To remove content, use the "Eraser" icon to select and erase as needed.
Importing notes and memos is straightforward with the Smart Switch feature, allowing you to transfer data from S Note and Memo saved on other devices. You can also sync previously created notes and memos through your Samsung account.

You can still enjoy the app's basic functions without granting these optional permissions.
