Smoke hangs heavy over the battlefield as weary Green Warriors, leaning on trellises, consume plant growth hormone shakes. Their vines bear the scars of countless goblin blades, yet the Garden Kingdom stands strong amidst the mighty oaks and rolling grasslands of its home. Though losses have been heavy, nurseries thrive with young, robust plants—the next generation of warriors, nurtured in compost made from fallen goblin foes.

The Garden Kingdom was celebrating a recent victory and the ensuing peace, reveling in good cheer. Then, a peapod burst onto the balcony, eyes wide with fear. "Sir! Goblins! Goblins in the sky! Goblins with wood harder than ebony, shining like the cold moon! They're coming in hordes!"

The Garden Kingdom once again prepares for war, but the goblins have evolved. Goblin engineers, researching defenses against the Green Warriors, have unearthed veins of cold metal and animal hides, forging new weapons and armor. These new goblin warriors wield shields and helmets, acting as relentless, armored tanks. Some, with leathery wings, soar above your plants to sow chaos, while others possess powerful legs, leaping over the front lines.
