Embark on a rewarding side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – recovering Vostatek's missing horse, Pepik. This quest, "Lackey," begins by speaking with Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, or directly with Vitek nearby. The quest leads you to a wolf encounter where you must rescue Vostatek.
After saving Vostatek, you'll escort him to his campsite, only to discover Pepik is missing. Follow the trail of clues, carefully examining each one along the path. This leads you to a poacher's camp.
Pepik is held captive by the poachers. Strategically engage them – taking out the lone poachers first, or even cleverly escaping with Pepik before engaging in a full-scale fight.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp. You can then choose to ride with him back to his home, a convenient fast travel option. Your reward? A generous sum of Groschen and access to his home as a safe haven. With your newfound wealth, purchase necessary equipment and continue your adventures in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
