"Stellar Mercenaries Unveils Jupiter Expansion in Space Shooter Game"

The highly anticipated Jupiter Expansion for *Stellar Mercenaries* has landed, nearly doubling the game's content with a wealth of new worlds, enemies, and missions to explore. For those unfamiliar, *Stellar Mercenaries* is a thrilling vertical-scrolling action arcade space shooter where you tackle procedurally generated missions, customize your ships and weapons, and strive to become the most feared mercenary in the solar system.

What's New in the Jupiter Expansion of Stellar Mercenaries?

The expansion transforms Jupiter and its moons—Ganymede, Io, and Europa—into epic battlegrounds, each presenting unique challenges. Ganymede is a barren wasteland, Io is cloaked in volcanic debris, Europa is frozen and treacherous, and Jupiter itself is notorious for its fierce storms.

Two new factions enter the fray: the Jovian Empire, a formidable military force aiming to dominate the region, and the Pirate Council, a chaotic alliance of outlaws. This expansion introduces 50 new missions, including hyperspace hunting to track elusive targets, piracy missions, escort duties, and train defense operations.

Players can now choose from six new ships: Raider, Goblin, Mako, Boxer, Lightning, and Skybreaker. The arsenal is expanded with new weapons like the Hyper Velocity Mortar, Plasma Seeker, EMP Rockets, Mauler Cannon, Electron Beam, and Neutron Beam.

There Are New Hazards, Shields, and More

The update also brings Tier 4 shields and armor, along with new hazards such as asteroid fields, elite enemy squadrons, and the formidable Pacifier. Some enemy mercenaries have been upgraded, introducing new classes like Nightmare, Riot, and Warhawk.

To enhance the atmosphere, the expansion adds 14 new music tracks and introduces a new side missions system. With so much to explore, don't miss out on diving into *Stellar Mercenaries*—available now on the Google Play Store!
