The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2024 is heating up! Despite recent frosty updates to the game, the conclusion of the League Stage has intensified the competition. Brute Force, INFLUENCE RAGE, and ThunderTalk Gaming are the latest teams to secure their spots in the finals.
While many PUBG Mobile players enjoy the chill of the Icemire Frontier update, with its icy dragons and other additions, the competitive scene is anything but frosty. The recently concluded League Stage has added three more teams to the Grand Finals lineup.
Brute Force, INFLUENCE RAGE, and ThunderTalk Gaming will join the previously qualified teams at the London ExCel Center from December 6th to 8th. However, the competition isn't over for those who didn't make the League Stage cut.
The Survival Stage runs from November 20th to 22nd, narrowing the field of 24 teams down to 16. A Last Chance Stage, from November 23rd to 24th, will provide six additional teams with a shot at the Grand Finals.
A Championship to Remember
This year's PUBG Mobile Global Championship seems to be making a bigger impact than the heavily marketed, yet arguably less comprehensive, PUBG Mobile World Cup held in Riyadh this summer. The World Cup, possibly driven by promoting Saudi Arabia as a gaming hub, was geographically less accessible for many participants. In contrast, the Global Championship's London location offers a more convenient venue for a global audience.
