Parallel Experiment’s Steam version faces delay, will now simultaneously release with the Android and iOS versions in June

Parallel Experiment, the cooperative puzzle game from Eleven Puzzles, is shifting its Steam launch date to June 5th. This new release date will align with the Android and iOS versions, ensuring a simultaneous launch across all platforms. Initially slated for a March release, the developers encountered unforeseen challenges that necessitated a postponement. This delay, however, allowed them to retain all planned features, including optional puzzles, additional mechanics, and the mobile version, avoiding any compromises to the overall experience. Cross-play functionality will be available from day one.

In Parallel Experiment, players step into the shoes of detectives Ally and Old Dog, embroiled in a sinister experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Success hinges on solving a series of interconnected puzzles, demanding seamless teamwork and communication. Prepare for over 80 challenges, encompassing cipher decryption, water flow redirection, computer hacking, and even the unexpected task of waking up a rather inebriated individual. The game’s noir-inspired setting and captivating comic book art style immerse players in a thrilling race against time.

ytBeyond the intense puzzle-solving, players can engage in retro-style mini-games, including darts, claw machines, and match-three challenges, all with a cooperative twist. Interactive dialogues enhance the mystery, with NPCs reacting dynamically to both detectives' actions. And for those seeking a bit of playful mischief, each level offers opportunities to playfully annoy their partner, from knocking on windows to screen-shaking antics or even questionable doodles in the detective notebook.

Boasting five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous game, Parallel Experiment promises a significantly enhanced cooperative gameplay experience. Mark your calendars for June 5th, and visit the Steam page for further details.
