Methods 4: The Best Detective saw Detectives Ashdown and Woes conquer Stage Four. Now, in Methods 5: The Last Stage, they face a climax involving a plot to expose the Gamemasters and the interference of a troublesome character, Catscratcher.

This bonus story delves into the past of Detective Red July, challenging her with an impossible crime: three victims arranged in a triangle, all shot with a single bullet.
