When you buy additional Energy Crystals, they seamlessly integrate into the container, eliminating any concerns about their disappearance post-purchase. To rejuvenate a chargeable item, simply place it in the yellow bucket beside the container, where it will gradually restore its health. This feature is invaluable for maintaining your equipment in peak condition, readying you to face the horrors of subsequent levels and myriad monsters.
However, the intensity of some levels can lead to rapid item deterioration, especially with heavy usage. While you can recharge items at your truck with Energy Crystals, it's not always feasible to return there during a mission. How to Get and Use the Recharge Drone in R.E.P.O.
The Recharge Drone, like all other items and upgrades, becomes available at the Service Station, which you access upon successfully completing a level. Here, you can equip yourself with necessary tools for the challenges ahead, provided you have sufficient funds.
Given that items at the Service Station spawn randomly, it may take several visits for the Recharge Drone to appear. Patience is key, as it will eventually show up, priced between $4,000 and $5,000. This compact cube will occupy one of your inventory slots, so choose its position wisely, assigning it to slot 1, 2, or 3 after purchase.
You'll notice your item's condition through the battery bar displayed underneath it. To recharge, select the Recharge Drone, activate it by pressing 'E', and then attach the depleted item.
