In an exciting revelation for fans of the Jurassic franchise, David Koepp, the screenwriter behind the iconic 1993 "Jurassic Park" and the upcoming "Jurassic World Rebirth," has confirmed the inclusion of a previously unused sequence from Michael Crichton's original novel in the new film. Speaking to Variety, Koepp shared that he revisited Crichton's novels to immerse himself back into the world of dinosaurs, as "Jurassic World Rebirth" does not have a direct novel source to adapt from.

Koepp admitted to drawing inspiration from the novels, specifically mentioning a sequence from the first "Jurassic Park" book that was always intended for the original movie but was ultimately left out due to space constraints. "There was a sequence from the first novel that we’d always wanted in the original movie, but didn’t have room for," Koepp explained. "We were like, ‘Hey, we get to use that now.’"

While Koepp kept the details of this sequence under wraps, the announcement has sparked a flurry of speculation among fans. Various scenes from the novel have been highlighted as potential candidates for this long-awaited inclusion.
