Six Invitational 2025 Format
The format remains unchanged from 2024. For newcomers, the tournament unfolds in two phases: a group stage followed by a double-elimination playoff.
The group stage features a round-robin format across four groups. Each match is crucial, impacting both survival and playoff seeding. The top four teams from each group advance to the playoffs with a significant advantage.
- Top 4 Teams: These teams begin in the upper bracket, skipping a playoff round and guaranteeing a 9th-12th place finish.
- Teams Ranked 2nd and 3rd: These teams also start in the upper bracket but enter in round 1, allowing for one loss before elimination.
- Teams Ranked 4th: These teams enter the lower bracket, facing a win-or-go-home scenario in every match.
- Teams Ranked 5th: Eliminated from the tournament.
