HoYoVerse is making a splash with back-to-back announcements! Following the preview of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6, details on Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed. Launching October 17th, it features new battlesuits, events, and a bounty of rewards.
New Battlesuit: Lone Planetfarer
Vita receives a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer. This battlesuit boasts a striking peacock feather-adorned Drive Core and two distinct forms. Lone Traveler utilizes a feathered loop for elegant attacks, transforming into Planet Quaker upon activating the [ULT] for powerful laser beams. The Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion adds to her defensive capabilities. The Divine Key Waxing Moon and PRI-ARM Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience are also introduced.

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8 Story: The First and Last War
The main story, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War. Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie are central figures. Rewards include Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a new Dreamweaver outfit.
