To locate this particular map, head to Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll visit in the game. Within Emerald Stair, navigate to the northeast end of Coastal Farms, where you'll find a large house positioned in front of a rock face.
Before entering the house, be prepared to face a group of enemies guarding the entrance. Once you've cleared them, you'll discover that the front door is barred shut, prompting you to find an alternative entry.
How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed
Navigate around the right side of the house to find a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Upon entering, you'll spot a large painting on an easel, which is actually the Painter’s Regret treasure map. Secure the map and prepare for your treasure hunt.
