Cyberpunk 2077 Fortnite Crossover: Why No Male V?

Patrick Mills, the Cyberpunk 2077 lore lead, made the final call. He explained that the bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. Opting for the female V was a practical choice, given Johnny's male gender, and a personal preference for Mills.

The decision, therefore, wasn't a deliberate exclusion but a pragmatic one. This marks Keanu Reeves' second Fortnite skin appearance, following the earlier addition of John Wick.
