The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a new addition: costumed Minccino and Cinccino!
Costume Minccino Release Date:
The stylish Minccino and Cinccino, sporting rhinestone glasses and bows, debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. Shiny Costume Minccino was available, but a Shiny Costume Cinccino was not.
This year's Fashion Week also features costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms in the wild and Raids.
How to Catch Costume Minccino:
Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited to two methods:
One-Star Raids:
Costume Minccino appears in One-Star Raids, easily soloable. However, One-Star Raids also feature Costume Shinx and Furfrou, requiring some searching to find a Minccino Raid.
Paid Timed Research:
A $5 (or regional equivalent) Paid Timed Research ticket offers XP, Stardust, a new avatar pose, and guaranteed Costume Minccino encounters.
Field Research Tasks:
While Field Research Tasks offer event-themed Pokémon encounters, Niantic's blog doesn't specify if Costume Minccino is included, making it less reliable than the other methods.
Obtaining Costume Cinccino:
To get a Costume Cinccino, evolve your Costume Minccino using 50 Minccino Candy and an Unova Stone.
