Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility, navigating a toxic environment requiring gas masks. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a gas mask failure and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.
Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You initially receive a map to the Yellow card.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.
A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it summons an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from the abomination's remains.
Securing the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Next, obtain the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area. While doing so, avoid the pursuing mannequins by sprinting; they freeze when you turn. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, center table near a noticeboard, and the cafe near a sink. Defeating the resulting Mangler Zombie yields the Green card.
Obtaining the Blue Card
Grapple across from the Administration balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands around a glass chamber containing the Blue card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears. The Mimic's ability to disappear requires shooting moving objects to trigger its transformation.
Retrieving the Red Card
From the security desk, navigate to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs. In the resulting room, interact with the console to reveal the Red card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through a red tunnel. Climb ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Complete a timed drain puzzle (three switches). Defeating the Mangler and its horde after draining the water secures the Red card.
Confronting the Disciple
Insert all four cards into the security desk system. Ride the elevator to the top floor. A cinematic leads to a final confrontation with the Disciple and numerous zombies in the BioTech room. This culminates in a hallucination sequence, concluding the mission.
