Guild Wars 2's upcoming Janthir Wilds expansion will introduce Homesteads, a highly anticipated player housing feature. Offering unprecedented customization and convenience, Homesteads will be available early in the expansion's storyline. A first look reveals a robust system boasting over 300 placeable decorations at launch, with plans for 800+ by the expansion's end.
This instanced housing system eliminates the competition and limitations of traditional MMO housing models. Players won't need to worry about auctions, plots, or evictions. The freedom extends to object placement, with full X, Y, and Z axis control, allowing for creative and unconventional displays.
