HoYoverse has just announced that the next update for Zenless Zone Zero, titled version 1.4: A Storm of Failing Stars is set to release later this month on all major platforms. You'll also experience the climactic chapter of the year with the arrival of the Section 6 Agents, Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa. Plus, the TV mode in the Main Story has also been replaced to be more engaging.
Zenless Zone Zero’s version 1.4 introduces a host of features, including new areas like Port Elpis and Reverb Arena. As the story moves into Chapter 5, the conspiracy around Vision Corporation and Sacrifice deepens. The mysterious awakening of Perlman promises revelations about the Wise and Belle’s backstories. Meanwhile, New Eridu's Public Security faces a pivotal leadership election.
Teaming up with Section 6, you'll journey into Port Elpis to unravel these lingering mysteries and confront new dangers. Section 6’s Agents bring distinct skills to your team. Hoshimi Miyabi, known for her Ethereal-Slaying Katana, uses her Frost Anomaly powers to deal precise, devastating attacks while maintaining a graceful combat style.
Asaba Harumasa, on the other hand, blends electric strikes with swift bow and blade transitions. Through his special OVA, you’ll gain insight into his enigmatic past. If you're at Inter-Know Level eight or above, you can obtain Harumasa for free after version 1.4 goes live. You can get yourself some freebies before that by redeeming these Zenless Zone Zero codes!
You'll also find major additions to combat, which include the Hollow Zero: Shadows Lost mode and the Deadly Assault periodic operation. The Lost Void challenges you to face gruelling battles with the promise of new equipment like Gear, Bangboo Assist skills, and Resonia. In addition, the Reverb Arena offers dynamic events, including a Bangboo-themed tower defence mode.
Version 1.4 of Zenless Zone Zero lands on Android and iOS on December 18th. Visit the official website for more information.
