Parallel Experiment, a co-op crime thriller puzzler from Eleven Puzzles, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in 2025, with a full mobile release to follow.
This intriguing title puts players in the shoes of detectives Ally and Old Dog as they unravel the mystery surrounding a ruthless killer. Similar in spirit to Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, Parallel Experiment challenges players to solve puzzles while often separated into independent locations, requiring communication and collaboration to succeed.
Expect over 80 unique puzzles, a retro-style in-game notebook for tracking clues, cooperative dialogue, and a stylish noir comic book aesthetic. The developers have even included fun features like knocking on windows or poking your partner to add a playful layer to the gameplay.

Cross-platform play is a key feature, allowing for seamless collaboration between desktop and mobile players. While desktop players might rely on Discord for communication, mobile players in the same room can utilize creative, in-person methods to share clues and distract each other.
While the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from years of iterative design and testing, promising a polished and enjoyable experience on both mobile and desktop platforms.
