With the release of "Captain America: Brave New World," it's an exciting time to revisit the expansive Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), which now boasts an impressive collection of 35 films. Whether you're drawn to the groundbreaking origin stories like "Iron Man," or the thrilling team-ups that concluded the Infinity Saga, we want to hear about your favorite MCU movie. Use our interactive tier list tool below to share your rankings.
Remember, this list only includes movies from Kevin Feige's MCU, so we're not including any Sony Marvel films this time (sorry, X-Men fans, except for Wolverine). Below, you can check out my personal tier list, which reflects my favorite MCU films based on enjoyment over the years:
Unfortunately, "Brave New World" didn't meet my expectations, landing in the D tier due to what I consider to be the MCU's clunkiest script to date. Similarly, my placement of 2024's "Deadpool & Wolverine" in the bottom tier might surprise some, but it simply didn't resonate with me. You can read more about my thoughts on that here. However, I don't believe it's the lowest point for the MCU; that honor goes to "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania," which I've easily placed in the D tier.
On the other hand, the top tier is reserved for the five films I consider truly exceptional. "Captain America: Civil War" and "Winter Soldier" are both S-tier for me, as they beautifully capture the emotional depth and espionage elements of the MCU. "Thor: Ragnarok" stands out as one of the most hilarious comedies of the last decade, while "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Endgame" delivered a breathtaking conclusion to the series' most significant arc.
Do you disagree with my rankings? Perhaps you believe "No Way Home" is the best of the Tom Holland Spider-Man trilogy, or that "Black Panther" deserves an S-tier spot? Feel free to create your own tier list below and see how your S, A, B, C, and D tiers compare with the rest of the IGN community.
