Honor of Kings' First Global Festive Event: Snow Carnival 2024!
Get ready for Honor of Kings' inaugural global holiday event, the Snow Carnival 2024! Tencent's popular MOBA is adding a host of new in-game events, gameplay tweaks, and festive challenges for players to enjoy throughout the holiday season. Expect new enemies, free purchase opportunities, and more – a truly epic Christmas celebration!
Gameplay Enhancements & New Hazards:
The festivities kick off November 28th and run through January 8th, introducing a flurry of exciting changes:
- November 28th: The Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant make their debut, adding slow and freeze effects upon defeat.
- December 12th: Heroes Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, DaQiao, and Shi gain enhanced water-based skills that inflict ice effects on enemies!
- November 28th – December 11th: New Glacial Twists hazards appear in the jungle, slowing and disorienting players.
- December 12th – 23rd: Summoning Shadow Vanguard now creates an ice path effect.
- December 24th – January 8th: Defeat the river sprite to obtain a new ice sled for strategic maneuvers!
Zero-Cost Purchase Event & Gift Exchange:
- December 6th – January 8th: The Zero Cost Purchase Event lets you claim one free item without spending tokens!
- December 24th – January 1st: The Gift Exchange event allows you to send and receive gifts with friends.
- January 1st – 4th: Open received gifts for a guaranteed skin and a chance at a legendary skin!
