Critical Role's C3 Finale: 8-Hour Epic Conclusion Approaches

by Harper Feb 20,2025

Critical Role's highly anticipated Campaign 3 finale is set to air next week in an eight-and-a-half-hour livestream extravaganza. Polygon reports the event kicks off February 6th at 7 PM Pacific Time (10 PM Eastern, 3 AM UK time). Viewers can tune in via Critical Role's YouTube and Twitch channels, as well as their membership service, Beacon.

This marathon session concludes the captivating journey of the Bells Hells adventuring party, a saga that began in October 2021. While no direct sequels have been announced, Critical Role assures fans that the Exandria universe will continue to expand with future stories.

"This Campaign 3 finale closes one epic chapter of Exandrian history," shared creative director and cast member Marisha Ray. "But the story continues! We're excited to see what unfolds, penned by the incredible storytellers who are taking up the mantle."

The conclusion of Campaign 3 doesn't signal a break for Critical Role. A new Exandria Unlimited mini-series, comprising four episodes, premieres a week later on February 14th. Numerous other shows and streams are also planned.

The start date for Campaign 4 remains unannounced. Historically, there's been a few-month gap between campaigns (October 2017 to January 2018 for Vox Machina, and June 2021 to October 2021 for Mighty Nein). With Critical Role's 10th anniversary on March 12th, speculation is rife that this date might hold significance for a Campaign 4 announcement, if not the premiere itself.
