The game boasts a sprawling open world filled with side content, which remains accessible even after the main quest is completed. This allows you to delve deeper into the rich tapestry of Feudal Japan at your leisure.

Assassin's Creed Shadows Epilogue and Endgame Explained
The credits may roll after you complete the Shinbakufu Objective Board, as well as Yasuke and Naoe's main quests, but your journey might not be over. In my experience, I hadn't earned the trophy for finishing Act 3 or The Epilogue yet. To unlock the true ending and the epilogue, you need to finish the personal stories of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro.
