Materials

AndaSeat evidently invested significant time researching the Kaiser 4's constituent materials, prioritizing both resilience and comfort.
Zhao Yi details the components. “The AndaSeat Kaiser 4 utilizes high-density cold-cured foam, premium leather or fabric covering, and a reinforced steel frame. 
“These materials”, he clarifies, “were selected for their durability, comfort, and visual appeal. The high-density foam offers lasting support, while the premium covering ensures breathability and simple maintenance”.

Manufacturing

Each AndaSeat Kaiser 4 requires over a week to manufacture, via a process combining automated and manual contributions from engineers and testers.

Once all these tests and inspections are complete, the chair is prepared for final assembly.
