About Hazari:

Hazari is a captivating four-player card game played with a standard 52-card deck. Here’s how it works:

  1. Game Setup: Each player receives 13 cards, totaling 52 cards.
  2. Card Arrangement: Players have time to arrange their cards in descending order.
  3. Calling Up: Once a player has arranged their cards, they call up.
  4. Game Start: The first player to the right of the dealer starts by playing a card.
  5. Round Play: The highest card value wins the round and collects all the cards played. The winner then plays the next set of cards.
  6. Scoring: After all cards are played, points are counted. Cards from Ace (A) to 10 are worth 10 points, while cards from 9 to 2 are worth 5 points.
  7. Winning: The game continues until a player reaches a total of 1000 points.
  8. Tie-Breaking: If multiple players play the same card value, the player who played later wins the round.

Card Ranking:

  • Troy: Three cards of the same rank (e.g., AAA, KKK).
  • Color Run: Three cards of the same suit in sequential order (e.g., AKQ of Spades).
  • Run: Three cards in sequential order, regardless of suit (e.g., AKQ of mixed suits).
  • Color: Three cards of the same suit, not necessarily in order (e.g., K83 of Spades).
  • Pair: Two cards of the same rank with a third card (e.g., 443).
  • Indi or Individuals: Three cards that don’t fit into any other category, where the highest card determines the value.

How to Play:

  1. Card Distribution: Each player organizes their 13 cards into four groups: 3, 3, 3, and 4.
  2. First Round: Players throw their first set of three cards, and the highest value wins.
  3. Second Round: The winner of the first round throws their next set of three cards, and the process repeats.
  4. Third Round: Again, the winner throws their third set of three cards.
  5. Final Round: The winner of the third round throws their remaining four cards, and the highest value wins.
  6. Game Continuation: The game continues until a player reaches 1000 points.
